I think you got the wrong procedure. Because the challenge was, you were supposed to face the wall. Two steps back, put your head on the wall, the chair should be between you and the wall then you lift it. THAT challenge is. easy for women because our center of gravity is different from yours (or so i heard)

I think its wrong way to do, because you use your legs to pull back up but the wall is preventing them

It’s all to do with your feet. If you have longer feet the further away from the wall you are. If you have shorter feet, you are closer. Aligning your center of gravity to the point where you can stand up. My husband can do it, I cannot.

You did it wrong… So you stand facing the wall. Take 2 steps back toe to heel. And then both feet together. Place head on wall and pick up the chair. It’s all about center of gravity

I have a feeling some of those girls would have a hard time picking up that chair, no matter how they did it.

You were supposed to put your head against the wall bend over pull the chair to your chest and stand up

Pro tip for the challenge : do it the opposite way and put your head on the wall . Pull the chair to your chest and stand up.

This may be cheating, but I pulled the top of the chair forwards until resting on my chest, then lifted from the back. Maybe all it needs is the logic that I seem to have to do it.
My chair was bigger tho

Also you did it backwards this is a possible way to do it but I find you get better results if you have your head against the wall
