The timing of these anti Louise Mensch stories stink

The timing of these anti – @KamalaHarris stories stink. Senator Harris easily won the last Democratic debate. Her rival Butteig has crashed and burned with African-American voters in a performance that can only be described as abominable.

Butteig’s (white) campaign press people and staffers have responded to black criticism by calling it inauthentic, while his backer Zuckerberg dines secretly with Trump. Harris has a growing swell of black support. We can expect to see more in South Carolina.

@SenKamalaHarris is the candidate @realDonaldTrump fears the most. ‘Justice is on the ballot’ is a great slogan and it’s terrifying to Trump. If ever we needed a prosecutor, now is the time. Harris is my favorite candidate, @JoeBiden my second.

In ALL the recent surprise Democratic victories, the margin of victory was not swing voters turning blue, it was additional African-American turnout. Literally every single one of them. Without black voter enthusiasm the Dems will lose to Trump. Simple as that.

Butteig will never have that enthusiasm. Nor will @eWarren whose healthcare plan is ludicrous. Sanders isn’t a thing. Forget it. The candidates left who can get that enthusiasm are Biden, Harris and @CoryBooker .

I decided that Senator Harris is the best candidate after seeing for myself on Twitter how much Russia hates her. They hate Harris and Biden more than any others. They detest them both. They coordinate messaging against them, often using US persons on the BernieBro alt-left.

I will not say Harris has made no mistakes. She made one large mistake early and that was to go after @JoeBiden , something I am sure she regrets. But in other ways she’s merely improved. A better health plan, better outreach and better debates, where she *ended* Tulsi Gabbard.

As a woman I find it beyond sexist that Pete Butteig, young mayor of a small town with no experience, and no, zero, African-American appeal, is putting himself forwards against three woman SENATORS. It’s depressing, and it’s breathtakingly selfish.

But the coordinated stories against Harris is where I came in. I was an MP, and I know a paid PR campaign when I see one. After Harris’s superb last debate and Butteig’s black failure, Harris’s enemies are afraid of South Carolina. Zero chance this was coincidental.

Maybe the Kremlin and Harris’s many other enemies, like Zuckerberg and Trump, will be successful and throttle her campaign in its cradle. But I truly hope not. She is intellectually a powerhouse. She has energy. Harris-Mattis is my dream ticket, Biden-Harris a close second.

I fight Russian information warfare and have a healthy respect for their taste in enemies. #Kamala2020 is what they most fear. She has my support until the day she stops running or wins her second term. And I predict one way or the other Senator Harris makes the ticket. Ends.

Agree and applaud every word you said here. I believe the enemies noted here are in full throttle to shut her down at every turn. For me that says it all that Harris is who we need. Hopeful voters will catch on soon.

I watched her doing an interview as all I could feel was “presidential”.

With very limited knowledge I would say that her fortune changed when candidate Michael Bloomberg announced his candidacy.. I hope I am wrong and agree with all you say. She has energy and desire. The establishment will not let her succeed, sad to say

Harris is a California prosecutor. If I were Trump or Russia or China, N. Korea or just mob I would fear Harris the most. Case closed.

I love Harris, Klobuchar & Warren. Biden never apologized sufficiently for Anita Hill & his missteps are just awful- it’s a measure of the misogyny of our nation that he even gets to share a stage with the infinitely better top three women candidates 🙄

I haven’t seen any of the stories, but I just donated to her campaign for the first time. I hate these effing hit jobs.

Pete crashed and burned on THE most important litmus test! Zuckerberg/Facebook. That’s GAME OVER for me.

I love Kamala, but I love Pete too! And he is right, homophobes and racists are not too different, they suffer the same kind of treatment even if they are white and male, sometimes specially if they are white and male.

She’s not done here in Iowa I can tell you. They say in the Iowa Caucus there are 4 tickets out of the state to NH. Whoever shows up the most in IA wins. I hope to God her team knows that. Pete is planning a cross state bus tour and is getting voters. Kamala needs to be everwhere

I don’t want to blanket a group of people but she also has an enthusiastic Indian American base that’s ready to support her.

Thank you, YES. If she can stay focused on the important issues and not play identity and culture politics, ahe could win over important demographics. I think she stumbled a bit because in her previous elections (AG & Sen), her opponents weren’t much of a challenge. and winning voters in CA is different than nationwide. I would love a Biden Harris ticket. Biden to clean up foreign policy & relations, and Harris to oversee domestic mop up, where her legal skills would serve us well.

california is tough it’s huge with a lot of demographics don’t under estimate the weight of that she made a lot of money enemies banks pharma big oil tech and auto industries her last race was against big money too if she can grab black voters they know she’s hard to beat

I like that she’s taken the high road this entire primary. I think Buttigieg and to some extent Klobucher and Biden wanna win at the expense of the party. And Bernie’s supporters, not so much the candidate himself, wanna burn the whole thing to the ground.

Great job, Lou. It’s been curious watching the last few days of attacks when KH shone at the last debate. Buttigieg was a fav initially but, like Wang, their ties to the crooked SocMed gang is dispiriting, at best. Biden & Klobuchar are ok, too.

Have to disagree, with respect Louise. If the campaign is in crisis and fighting now the media has to report it now. Clearly the warring teams are leaking on each other, proof of the validity of the stories.

She made 2 critical errors: She ran as the one to prosecute Trump, but the real dividing lines were Moderate v Progressives and she didn’t pick a side. Second, she called Biden a racist on national television. For moderates like me that was toxic.
Then she never went after Warren and Sanders. That left the lane open for Pete as the moderate alternative and he quite smartly, jumped in. Now the knives are out for both Pete and Kamala. The billionaires want that 4th spot, As for the debate, this last one was her strongest, but when it’s policy heavy, she falls down because she doesn’t want to be a moderate or totally progressive. More than the media, Russian trolls, sexism…you name it – in my opinion that’s the main thing stopping her If she goes full moderate, I’d put money down she takes over that spot as Biden alternative. It’s been her spit all along for the taking. For some reason she just won’t go there, and she’s to blame for that.

Louise, I think you underestimate the number of American men who would rather vote for anyone other than a woman.
Btw, I also think there have been simultaneous hit jobs on BOTH Harris and Buttigieg.
